PRIVACY
RCF Privacy Policy
Effective 30 July 2026
Information submitted
The project form may collect your name, business email, phone number, company or venue, country, project type and the message you provide. Server logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps for security and service operation. Do not include sensitive personal data or restricted venue information in a general inquiry.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to review the request, route it to an appropriate contact, respond to questions, maintain service records, prevent abuse and comply with applicable legal obligations. Project details may be used to identify missing acoustic, electrical, mechanical or documentation inputs. They are not treated as permission to publish a project or identify a customer.
Sharing and processors
Information may be handled by service providers that support hosting, email, security or inquiry management, subject to appropriate contractual controls. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction with applicable safeguards. Personal information is not sold through this website.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as long as needed for the inquiry, legitimate business records, security and legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be represented as risk-free. If a project requires confidential plans, request an approved transfer method before sending them.
Your choices
Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to receive information about applicable safeguards. A request may require identity verification and may be limited by legal retention duties.
Contact
Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected]. Include your country and enough information to identify the relevant inquiry without resending sensitive content.
