Begin with the room and operating context. A product name can be included, but audience geometry, program, mounting, power and workflow determine whether the category is appropriate.
System conversation
Call +39 0522 274 411 for routing to the relevant project desk. Prepare the country, venue type, deployment date, source count and whether the system is touring, portable or permanently installed.
Review window
Project inquiries are reviewed Monday through Friday, 09:00–17:00 Central European Time. Timing varies with drawing quality, prediction scope and the need for structural, electrical or local compliance review.
What to include
- Audience width, depth, tiers and reference seats
- Mounting points, trim height and access constraints
- Speech, music or mixed program and operating duration
- Available mains, routing, network and control requirements
- Exact documentation or approval needed for the destination
For an existing installation, add the current routing file, crossover and delay settings, amplifier or powered-loudspeaker preset, symptoms, and the conditions under which the issue appears. Repeated limiter activity, thermal shutdown, intermittent connectors or changed suspension loads require inspection; they should not be addressed by raising gain or protection thresholds.

Describe assumptions and unknowns separately
If a dimension, load, target level or approval path is unknown, say so. An explicit gap can become a site-survey task; an invented value can steer the system toward the wrong coverage, power or hardware decision.
The form uses two columns on larger screens and a single column on mobile. It is separate from the modal presentation and uses the shared project-desk endpoint.
